What to do with all that Venison in your Freezer

It's deer season.  You've had  a good year and your freezer is now brimming with the fruits of your hunt.  So, how do you prepare delicious dishes your family will love?  Try this one.

Sauteed Venison Tenderloin with Mushroom Spaghetti

2 venison tenderloins
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons bacon drippings
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Cooked spaghetti for 6

Season tenderloins with salt and pepper to taste.  Saute in drippings (can use olive oil) until they just begin to firm.  Do not over-cook; set aside to rest.  Warm soup.  Slice tenderloin across the grain into 1/4-inch-thin slices.  Stir sliced tenderloin into soup; server over spaghetti.  Serves 6 (for 4 hungry hunters).
