Dove in the blind

Dove breast, duck breat or any winged bird.

Butter - at leat 8 teaspoons.

Garlic salt.



In most cases it is simply - simply treat the birds with a little short rub - hot butter melted ovetr the stove/bar-be-cue and rub.shake on garlic salt/pepper/ and if you like them hot rub or pour the hot sauce.  Cook or saute' for roughly 5 minutes.  They are ready to be served.

If you are fortunate to serve with red wine - you will experience a taste of wild game  that is un-repeated by any reciepe.  Simple - but rewarding.
